SIEMENS Image Submission for CAR '97


On this CD you will find images of DS, DR and MR modalities. Each series has a directory of its own. You will find all images in there. By naming convention they can be identified:
PxSTySz/Inn
 x=Patient Number
 y=Study Number
 z=Series Number
 nn=Image Number
All images are explicit VR little endian and have a meta-header. They are created with the "ds2file" utility. All Images have 16 bit allocations. Bits stored are listed at the image description.

Niere, Mesenterica - done with Multistar T.O.P. - system for Angiography and Intervention. Matrix size will be 1024x1024 at 10 bit significant depth. Images are ready-processed "photofile"-images (SC SOP class). Contains input from two studies to the "photofile".
